Ulysse Consulting, LLC was founded in 2020 by Bahamia Bailey and Sasha Ulysse, two operators who work at the intersection of care, digital health, and complex systems.
Bahamia brings 20 years of experience across care operations, care management, and digital health. She has built and scaled care support programs from the ground up, developed clinical workflows at scale, and launched value-based programs within health tech organizations.
Sasha brings 13 years of experience in workers' compensation consulting, with deep expertise in payer systems, utilization management, and care coordination. She has built her career navigating claims operations, workflow management, and systems coordination in highly regulated environments, and brings certified project management discipline to every engagement.
Our team also includes engineers focused on tech enablement and forward deployment, supporting organizations that need implementation capacity alongside strategic advisory.
